Sakamoto Days Receives Second Main Trailer

The official X (formerly Twitter) account of the action comedy anime Sakamoto Days has released the second main promotional video.
The trailer features the ending theme “Futsuu” by Conton Candy.

Three new cast members were announced:

• Namikawa Daisuke as Slur
• Ootsuka Houchuu as Takamura
• Yasumoto Hiroki as Hyou

• Namikawa Daisuke (Voice of Slur):

“When Slur first appears, he is shrouded in mystery. He has an aura of fear, evil, and suspicion. On the other hand, there are also scenes where he smiles. I hope to be able to show his depth from time to time in my performance. There are developments ahead, so it is difficult to talk about this character, but I hope that you will enjoy the work and delve deeper into the character of Slur. • Ootsuka Houchuu (Voice of Takamura):

“I will be playing the role of Takamura. I’ve been doing this job for a long time, but this is the first time. I only mutter and whisper, and no one knows what I’m saying, even I don’t understand what I’m saying. It was difficult, but it was a good learning experience! I’m also in charge of the narration. I helped out with a bit of a hard-boiled style. Look forward to it.”

• Yasumoto Hiroki (Voice of Hyou):

“I like playing powerful characters, so I’m very happy to voice Hyou. I’ll do my best to portray him in a snappy way, not just as a violent character, but as someone who has a certain cuteness and kindness to him. I also want to make sure to take good care of Takamura, who I’ve been interested in since the one-shot “Mukuro-ku” (laughs).”
