The official X (Formerly Twitter) account of studio CygamesPictures’s original anime Apocalypse Hotel has released the first promotional video showcasing an April 2025 release date.
The video also features the ending theme “Capsule” by aiko.
It was announced that Shirasu Saho will be voicing the protagonist, Yachiyo.
A message from Shirasu Saho was also shared.
Shirasu Saho:
“My name is Shirasu Saho, and I will be voicing Yachiyo.
From the moment I saw the materials during the audition, I strongly wished to be involved in this project, so when I found out I was chosen, I was truly happy. The character I am voicing, Yachiyo, is a hotelier robot working in a hotel where humanity has disappeared. Since this is an original work with no source material, I was excited to see how the story would unfold, and every week, I eagerly jumped into the script when I received it.
This work still has many mysteries, so please stay tuned for updates and look forward to the broadcast!”

A new key visual was unveiled.

About Apocalypse Hotel:
Many years have passed since humanity disappeared from the Earth. The hotel “Galaxy Tower,” located in Ginza, Tokyo, continues to operate to this day. The hotelier robot Yachiyo and other employee robots are waiting for their owner and humanity’s return and continue their duties in a hotel without any guests in what seems to be an eternal routine.
Now, a small miracle is about to happen to Yachiyo and the others!
