Welcome to WeeBe, operated by YK May Corporation Trading, located at 309, N Town Plaza Shinjuku 3-12-4, Shinjuku-ku, Japan. By accessing or using our website (weebe.net), you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS). Please read these carefully before using our services.
1. Products and Services
WeeBe sells anime-related products, Virtual YouTuber (VTuber) merchandise, manga, and other related goods. We primarily offer physical items but may allow our vendors, particularly VTubers with individual stores on our site, to sell digital products in the future. Age-restricted products (18+) will be appropriately labeled.
2. Payments and Taxes
We accept payments via credit cards (through Stripe) and PayPal. Guests may checkout without creating an account. Prices for items sold on our site are displayed in US Dollars, and may include taxes where applicable. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Purchases over $75 will qualify for free economy shipping within the U.S.
For items purchased through third-party collaborations (where the sale occurs on another website), WeeBe is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees.
3. Shipping and Fulfillment
We offer worldwide shipping using the most economical tracked USPS shipping method available at the time of fulfillment. Tracking codes will be provided once your order is shipped. While we aim to ship to most regions, we cannot deliver to countries including, but not limited to, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Palestinian territories.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Pre-orders will ship from separate warehouses, and combining in-stock items with pre-orders in the same shipment may not be possible.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on in-stock items within 30 days from the date a valid tracking number is received for the return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. For items shipped under free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that preorders cannot be canceled or returned. In case a return shipment is lost en route, we will not be able to issue a refund.
5. Customer Support
For any inquiries, you can contact us at support@weebe.net. We strive to respond within 72 hours, though response times may vary during the site’s launch period. We may also provide limited support via our official social media accounts, but email remains the primary communication method.
6. Legal Compliance
WeeBe operates under Japanese law but aims to meet consumer protection standards in advanced countries. In any case not covered by our TOS, Japanese law will apply. For age-restricted products, we do our best to label them, but it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the legal requirements of their country.
7. User Accounts and Privacy
Our website uses community features, such as forums and brand followings. During our initial launch phase (considered “beta”), user profile information (such as display names and public profile data) may be visible to other users. We do not sell this data to third parties but may use it to enhance our services.
You do not need to create an account to make purchases. However, if you choose to create one, please note that only sensitive checkout information will be fully protected. Information voluntarily added to profile pages may be visible unless marked as private.
8. Changes to the Terms
WeeBe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service as needed. Updates will be posted on our website’s blog. We plan to revise these terms periodically, especially during our launch period starting in September 2024.
