To minimize your wait time, most of the items have already begun production, and some are already ready to ship!
We expect to finish production for our forecasted quantities before pre-orders close.
In case order quantities will exceed our initial production quantities, we may need another week or two to ship.
If you live in the US, your order will first be imported into the US by us, and then distributed domestically, so you won’t have to pay tariffs.
For orders containing plushies, this will delay shipping due to sea freight. You can opt-out of domestic distribution by contacting us and have your order shipped from China – but in this scenario tariffs may be incurred.
If you live outside the US, your order will be shipped from one of two warehouses:
*Directly from China, shortly after all items you ordered are ready for shipping.
This includes all EU countries, the UK, Canada and Australia.
*For some countries where affordable shipping options are not directly available from China, we will first import the items to Japan, and then ship them to you using Japan Post.
If you don’t see shipping options available – please reach out to us and we’ll add them manually.
Currently we accept payment via Paypal, where you can also pay by credit card.
