Pre-orders will be open until August 23rd 2025 at 23:59 JST.

We expect to finish production for our forecasted quantities shortly after pre-orders close, and ship throughout September.

In case order quantities will exceed our initial production quantities, we may need another week or two to ship.

If you live  in the US, your order will first be imported into Japan by us, and then shipped from our warehouse through the Japanese postal service.
It currently does not require specifying a country of origin, so you shouldn’t have to pay tariffs.

We are dedicated to delivering your order without surprise tariffs on the way – so we may change the fulfillment of your order according to the latest tariff news.

If you live outside the US, your order will be shipped from one of two warehouses:

*Directly from China, shortly after all items you ordered are ready for shipping.
This includes all EU countries, the UK, Canada and Australia.

*For some countries where affordable shipping options are not directly available from China, we will first import the items to Japan, and then ship them to you using Japan Post.

If you don’t see shipping options available – please reach out to us and we’ll add them manually.

Currently we accept payment via credit card only, with payments processed by Square.

If you receive a faulty item, we will replace it free of charge.
