In short, you have 30 days to request a refund for your order from the time you received it.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item arrived faulty, in which case we’ll offer a full refund.

Winter is roughly two months out. The time limit has been set.But the Empire’s military leaders are fiercely divided on what to do.
