The Summer Hikaru Died Anime’s New Trailer Reveals Release Date, Theme Song Artist, More Cast
The official website of the anime adaptation of Mokumokuren‘s The Summer Hikaru Died manga series has released the second main trailer, showcasing a July 5, 2025, release date.
The video also features the opening theme song “Saikai” by Vaundy.
The site also announced two new cast members and shared their characters’ visuals.
New Cast Members:
- Nakajima Yoshiki as Maki Yuuta
- Wakayama Shion as Tadokoro Yuuki
Kadokawa Shoten’s Young Ace UP magazine began serialisation of the manga series on August 31, 2021. The latest chapter, chapter 36, was released on May 20, 2025.
