The Dinner Table Detective x Kunitachi Mascots Collaboration Announced
The official website of the anime adaptation of Higashigawa Tokuya’s The Dinner Table Detective novel series has announced a collaboration with the city of Kunitachi, the story’s setting.
As part of the collaboration, the local mascots of Kunitachi, Kuninyan and the Yaho Rangers will appear in the anime.
The site also announced the cast and shared visuals of the mascots.
Mascot Cast:
- Horie Yui as Kuninyan
- Nakao Satoshi as Yaho Ranger Red
- Takeda Taichi as Yaho Ranger Blue
- Echigoya Kousuke as Yaho Ranger Yellow
The Dinner Table Detective will begin airing on April 4, 2025.

About The Dinner Table Detective
Houshou Reiko is a rookie detective at Kunitachi Police Station. She is the daughter of the world-famous Houshou Group and is currently working hard on several cases under the supervision of Inspector Kazamatsuri, the heir to Kazamatsuri Motors.
Whenever Reiko returns to her grand mansion, she changes from her modest pantsuit into a dress and enjoys dinner. But whenever she comes across a difficult case, she consults with her "butler/chauffeur," Kageyama, about the whole story.
