The Ancient Magus’ Bride Visual Novel Opening Movie Reveals October 2 Release Date
Entertainment company Bushiroad has launched a new website for its upcoming The Ancient Magus’ Bride: Seika no Maboroshi to Yumemiru Tabiji visual novel, based on Yamazaki Kore‘s The Ancient Magus’ Bride manga series.
The newly launched website released the visual novel’s opening movie, which features the game’s theme song, “Sagashi Mono,” by Reche.
The video also announced the October 2, 2025, release date of the visual novel for the Nintendo Switch, Steam, and PS5.
The Ancient Magus’ Bride manga series began serialisation in Comic Growl magazine on November 30, 2013. The latest chapter, chapter 109, was released on February 7, 2025.
The first season of the anime adaptation by Wit Studio aired between October 8, 2017, and March 25, 2018. Studio Kafka’s two-part second season aired between April 6, 2023, and June 22, 2023, for the first part, and October 5, 2023, and December 21, 2023, for the second.
