*Roll Over and Die* Light Novel Receives Anime Adaptation
The official X (Formerly Twitter) account of publisher Micro Magazine’s GC Novels has announced that kiki and Kinta’s Roll Over and Die: I Will Fight for an Ordinary Life with My Love and Cursed Sword! light novel series will receive an anime adaptation.
The account shared celebratory visuals by the original light novel artist Kinta, who worked on volumes 1 through 4, the new light novel artist kodamazon, who will work on the series starting from its fifth volume, and Minakata Sunao, the manga adaptation artist.
The light novel’s first volume was released on July 30, 2018. The latest volume, Volume 4, was released on January 30, 2020, and a fifth volume is scheduled to be released digitally on May 30, 2025.
A manga adaptation by Minakata Sunao began serialisation in Comic Ride magazine on December 27, 2018. The latest chapter, chapter 32, part 1, was released on April 23, 2025.
