Chivalry of a Failed Knight’s Misora Riku and Taboo Tattoo’s Shinjirou to Launch New Manga Series

The preview of Young Animal magazine’s 7/2025 issue, which will be released on March 28, has announced that it will begin serialising the new Horyo Eiyuu -Sutegoma ni Sareta Kendo wa Tekikoku de Nariagaru- manga series written by Misora Riku, with art by Shinjirou.
The story follows a boy who knows nothing but the sword, trying to find his place in the world.

Misora Riku’s previous works include Chivalry of a Failed Knight, High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World!, I Kissed My Girlfriend’s Little Sister and more.
Shinjirou has previously worked on Taboo Tattoo, Fate/Zero, Zodiac Game, and more.
