As One Anime Movie Announces Shiroiwa Ruki Joins the Cast
The official X (Formerly Twitter) account of As One, a prequel anime movie based on developer and publisher Square Enix’s Starwing Paradox arcade game, has released a new special video and visual announcing that Shiroiwa Ruki, a member of the boy group JO1, will voice the protagonist Yō in his voice-acting debut.
As One will release in Japanese theatres starting August 22, 2025.
Square Enix released Starwing Paradox in Japanese arcades on November 21 2018. Two years later, in November 2020, updates were discontinued, and the servers were shut down completely in October 2021.
