*Arknights: Rise from Ember* New Promo Video Reveals July 4 Release Date
Arknights has released a new promotional video for the anime adaptation’s third season, Rise from Ember, on its official website. The video features the opening theme, “End of Days”, by ReoNa, and the ending theme, “Truth”, by Itoki Hana, and showcases a July 4 release date.
The site also unveiled a new key visual.
The Arknights franchise began as a video game developed by Hypergryph and Studio Montagne. Hypergryph first published it in China on May 1, 2019, before Yostar published it globally on January 16, 2020.
The anime’s first season, Prelude to Dawn, aired between October 29, 2022, and December 17, 2022. The second season, Perish in Frost, aired between October 7, 2023, and November 25, 2023.

On Terra, natural disasters of unknown origin occur irregularly in various places. To escape the disasters, most people have begun to live in mobile cities that have been developed over many years.
The source stones with enormous energy left behind in the ruins of the disasters contributed to the dramatic advancement of civilization but also brought about an incurable disease—ore disease.
Those infected with ore disease gradually crystallize, and as they become a source of new infections upon death, they are persecuted under systems of isolation and forced labour in each country.
The oppressed infected people rebel, and Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company researching a cure for ore disease, takes up arms to save all people from the disease.
