The Quintessential Quintuplets

Uesugi Fuutarou excels academically but lives a challenging life, burdened by his father’s debts and his own unsociable demeanor, which has left him without friends. His troubles escalate when he quarrels with Itsuki Nakano, a new student at school, over a seating mix-up, leading them to take an immediate dislike to each other.

That very day, Uesugi is offered a high-paying tutoring job that could solve his family’s financial problems. The job pays five times the usual rate, but there’s a catch: his new student is none other than Itsuki, the girl he just had a run-in with. Despite a rocky start, Uesugi is determined to make things right with her.
