Ichikawa Kyoutarou might seem like a timid and introverted middle school student, but he harbors a secret desire to become a cold-blooded murderer, specifically targeting his classmate, Yamada Anna. He imagines the day he can witness the agony on Yamada’s beautiful face as he takes her life. However, Ichikawa’s plans are complicated by the unexpected emotions he begins to experience.
Ichikawa often escapes to the library, where he frequently bumps into Yamada. Through these meetings, he discovers that the girl he sees as a perfect student is actually quite clueless and oblivious to social cues.
