Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

Since his father’s death, Tanjirou Kamado has shouldered the responsibility of supporting his family. Despite their impoverished life on a secluded mountain, the Kamado family manages to live a peaceful and happy existence. One day, Tanjirou heads to the nearby village to sell charcoal and earn some money. As night descends, he is forced to seek refuge in the home of an odd man who warns him about carnivorous demons hiding in the forest after dark.

The following day, when Tanjirou returns home, he is confronted with a gruesome scene—his entire family has been brutally murdered. The only survivor is his sister Nezuko, who has transformed into a ferocious demon. Overwhelmed with anger and despair, Tanjirou vows to avenge his family’s death and vows to protect Nezuko, who is now a demon. Joining forces with the enigmatic Demon Slayer Corps, Tanjirou is determined to destroy the demons and save what remains of his sister’s humanity.
