Dandadan 2nd Season Announces 2 New Cast Members
The official website of Dandadan‘s second season has announced two new cast members and shared their characters’ visuals.
New Cast Members:
- Yoshino Hiroyuki as Manjirou
- Oozora Naomi as Chiquitita
Dandadan Season 2 will begin airing on July 4, 2025.
Tatsu Yukinobu‘s Dandadan manga series began serialisation on Shueisha’s Shounen Jump+ on April 6, 2021. The latest chapter, chapter 196, was released on June 3, 2025.
The anime’s first season aired between October 4, 2024, and December 20, 2024.

About Dandadan
Momo, a high school girl from a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an occult geek, started talking after Momo rescued Okarun from being bullied. However, they started arguing because Momo "believes in ghosts but denies the existence of aliens" and Okarun "believes in aliens but denies the existence of ghosts."
To make each other believe in what they deny the existence of, Momo goes to an abandoned hospital, a UFO hotspot, and Okarun goes to a tunnel, a haunted place.
There, they encounter overwhelming paranormal entities that defy comprehension.
There, Momo awakens her hidden power, and Okarun gains the power of a curse to challenge the paranormal entities!
