Sword of the Demon Hunter New Release Date Announced
The official website of the anime adaptation of Nakanishi Motoo’s Sword of the Demon Hunter novel has released the first promotional video featuring the ending theme “Senya Ichiya feat. Izumi Nakasone (HY))” by Hilcrhyme.
After being delayed in June 2024, the site also announced that the anime would start airing on March 31, 2025, run for two consecutive cours, and have a one-hour special first episode.
About Sword of the Demon Hunter:
In the 11th year of Tenpo (1840), a great famine causes chaos, and demons disguise themselves as humans. In the remote mountain village of Kadono, siblings Jinta and Suzune, who were once outsiders, live peacefully with the villagers. Jinta serves as the protector of the priestess, Itsuki-hime. During a demon-hunting mission, Jinta meets a mysterious demon who speaks of a far-off future. As Jinta faces danger, Suzune supports him, while Itsuki-hime, fulfilling her duties as a priestess, is targeted by demons.
