The Rose of Versailles New Character Trailer Released
The official website of the anime movie adaptation of Ikeda Riyoko’s The Rose of Versailles manga series has released a character promotional video for Hans Axel von Fersen.
The site also announced eight new cast members:
- Tokui Sora as Louis Joseph
- Tanaka Minami as Marie Therese d’Autriche
- Tamaru Atsushi as La Salle
- Yamashita Daiki as Jean
- Suzuki Yuto as Francois
- Terashima Junta as Pierre
- Takagi Wataru as Duc de Guemene
- Kondou Hironori as de Launay
About The Rose of Versailles:
Oscar François de Jarjayes, the heir to the throne and a beautiful woman who dresses as a man and was raised as a “son”. Marie Antoinette, the noble and elegant Queen who came to marry from neighbouring Austria. André Grandier, a commoner who is Oscar’s servant and childhood friend. Hans Axel von Fersen, a handsome and intelligent Swedish Count. They all met in the glorious city of Versailles in late 18th century France, and despite being at the mercy of the times, they each live out their destinies beautifully.
