Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid

When Kobayashi left for work one morning, she was shocked to find a dragon’s head greeting her from her balcony. This fearsome creature quickly transformed into a lively and well-endowed young girl named Tooru, who was clad in a maid uniform.

The previous night, Kobayashi, a reserved programmer, had encountered Tooru during a tipsy trip to the mountains. Having nowhere to go, Tooru was offered a place to stay by Kobayashi. Now standing at her door, Tooru was ready to repay the kindness shown to her by serving as Kobayashi’s personal maid. Though Kobayashi had regrets about her impulsive offer and was reluctant to uphold it, she was swayed by Tooru’s extraordinary dragon powers and a sense of guilt to let her stay.

Tooru proved to be highly capable in her maid duties, albeit her unconventional cleaning methods often left Kobayashi horrified and sometimes brought more chaos than calm. Moreover, Tooru’s migration to Earth carried complex backstories and deep, painful emotions. Her arrival also drew other mythical creatures to Kobayashi’s doorstep, introducing a slew of quirky beings into her life. Despite Kobayashi’s efforts to manage this wild new reality, living with a dragon maid was something she was entirely unprepared for.
