Merchandise Options

We can produce almost any physical merchandise except electronics, foodstuffs, or cosmetics. Our merchandise offerings are tailored based on:

Artwork Arrangements

We offer two primary options for artwork:

1. Use your existing art – If you already have art with merchandising rights, we can immediately turn it into products
2. We cover art costs – We cover some art costs for all partners, with the amount depending on:
   • Channel viewership and engagement
   • Store page interaction
   • Pre-existing merchandise performance
   • Partnership commitment
   With this option, you have full flexibility in the creative process:
   • Suggest artists you’d like to work with
   • Choose from artists we suggest based on your brand’s style and vibe.
   • Control your level of involvement – from direct collaboration to simply approving final designs

Revenue Models

1. Revenue Sharing

• You receive a percentage of each merchandise sale (excluding tax & shipping)
• An additional portion is reinvested into your brand for future products
• Ideal for creators who are building or restarting their brand

2. Wholesale Pricing

• Cost tiers based on sales volume
• You set your own prices and keep most of the additional revenue
• Better suited for established creators with merchandise experience, but can also be offered on occasion for IRL events.

Payout Process

• Privacy-Friendly: For partners outside Japan using PayPal, we don’t even require disclosing legal names as long as we get a PayPal invoice.

• Regular Payments: Receive your earnings bi-weekly or monthly via PayPal or bank transfer
• Earnings Dashboard: Track your sales and commissions in real-time through our vendor panel
• Immediate Access: Brand investment funds become available for use right away

While we have efficient templates to get your store up and running quickly, we recognize that each creator and community has unique needs that often require customized solutions.

Partnership Terms

As mentioned above, we offer standardized terms as starting points, but we’re open to discussing adjustments based on your specific situation.

While we offer flexibility, we do have some basic policies to protect our investments:

• Commissioned Artwork: When we invest in art for your brand, we retain the right to sell merchandise featuring that art until we’ve recouped our investment and earned a reasonable percentage to compensate for our work
• Artist Recognition: We believe in properly crediting artists and including commissioned work in our portfolio
• Revenue Continuity: Even if a partnership ends, you’ll continue receiving your percentage from any merchandise sales
• Flexible Collaboration: You can continue working with other distributors while partnering with us
• Simple Exit: End the partnership with a simple written notice
• Partnership Protection: We reserve the right to terminate partnerships in extreme cases of bad PR (such as objectively offensive statements or similar actions)

Additionally, to help us in establishing a relationship based on trust, creators who publicly announce their partnership with WeeBe may receive higher budget allocation for merchandise and art.

When you invite your audience to follow your store page, we can better gauge interest and allocate resources accordingly.
Public partnerships and permission to engage with your audience to gain their input provide us with assurance to make larger investments in your brand.
